Stevia.

I love sweet stuff and cannot seem to get enough. But....my body has had enough. Thus began my quest to find a sweetener that was;

a: Yummy

b: Zero calories

c: Not fake

Those chemical sugar replacers are bad...they are not real food and can cause you all sorts of problems. Splenda is a bag of chlorine, and so altered from its natural state it cannot be considered real either.

And hopefully we all know the problems with sugar,which is a man made disaster.

Natural sweeteners, that God created,  are great such as, Maple syrup and Raw honey...But these are spendy and still spike the blood sugar. I use these in moderation.

But for my morning cup o tea, in comes my new favorite thing...Stevia.....I love it..

Stevita Spoonable Stevia - 16oz Jar

No calories

Will not spike blood sugar.

It only takes like a third teaspoon for a cup of tea.

It is an herb, all natural.

It comes from the Stevia plant that has sweet leaves. I use the spoonable stevia from Stevita. However, when I use this all up I want to try the liquid drops....that come in flavors Yumm!

I might just have to give that a try. I have heard people talk about it before, and just thought it would be another nasty tasting artificial sweetener, but you've definitely gotten my interest. How are those sweet kiddos?
