I think I have Alzheimer's. No, that can't be it. My doctor says if you think you have Alzheimer's - you don't. Maybe it's just senility.
Why did I wake up thinking about Lewis Carroll's Jabberwocky from Alice in Wonderland? Then my mind went to Ogden Nash - "I think that I shall never see a poem as lovely as a tree, perhaps unless the billboards fall I'll never see a tree at all." And that one about the purple cow.
There's got to be some short circuit up there for this stuff to surface from the deep recesses of my brain. Maybe it's chocolate deprivation....
