Good to see you back up here!! I have a funny story about carrots and your dad. When your dad was a kid, I sent him out to the carrot patch to get a couple of carrots for lunch. He was taking a long time, so I went out to see what he was doing....
He had harvested ALL the carrots!! Pulled them all up!! So... I had to then drop everything I had planned on doing that afternoon and prepare the carrots for the freezer!
So you keep an eye on him around the carrot patch!! Though I hope he learned the carrots can keep quite well in the ground if you leave them there!
