Today we didn't do anything formal at home, at least not so far.  But we created a plan.  Our days have been disorganized and not really productive.  What's the plan?  At breakfast we plan to make a plan for the day.  What are we going to do?  Are we going to do math workbooks?  Play a board game?  Learn some Canadian history?  When will we clean up?  Is there a specific program we want to watch either on TV or on a DVD?  Are we going to get some groceries?  Get slushies?  Go to the library?  Or to the park?  Are we going to have company?  Who?  I hope that it gets the children a little more involved in our daily life and in planning what is happening not only in their lives but in their education as well.

The other thing that we did was went to the public library for their stroy time today.  We should have gone at 11AM for the preschool age one but we had too rough of a morning so when we went to pick up a couple things, the older group was meeting so we joined in with them!  They did a number of crafts and listened to some stories.
