Bailey is our little princess (Although she will tell you that she is NOT a princess because she does NOT want to go to the ball!  That would mean that she would have to leave home, which she does NOT want to do!).  She has been a very girly-girl from the beginning.  She received a baby doll from her Mamaw on her first birthday, and she has loved “girl toys” ever since.  She loves princess dress-up clothes, princess barbies, purses, pretend make-up, and most other pink toys.  Up until a few weeks ago, she would only wear pink and purple.  She is starting to branch out just a little and wear other colors.

Bailey is in a pre-school near our house this year, and she loves it.  She has learned to write all of her letters, and now she writes them all the time.  She knows how to write all of our names and a few other words, and she fills up notebooks with her writings.  I am looking forward to beginning to do home school Kindergarten with her in the fall.  I think that she will love it.

Bailey tends to be a bit shy, and it takes her a little while to warm up.  New situations are a little scary for her.  After she has had time to warm up, she really shines.  She loves to play with her friends at church, at school and in our neighborhood.

Bailey has a sweet smile and a sweet personality to go with it.  She is constantly drawing pictures for Mark and me.  I treasure her hugs and kisses.  I am so thankful that I get to be her Mommy!
