*groan* My legs hurt whenever I stand up. lol.  You cookies! I mean it, one day those cookies are going to eat me instead of the other way around.....

     Ok, so Divepup's birthday is today! Happy Birthday Divepup! In special commemoration, here is one of the most delicious cakes I've ever had! Yummy!

    Chocohotopots

        1 stick plus 1 tbs butter

         4 ounces semisweet chocolate

        2 eggs

        3/4 cup sugar

        3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

        Place a baking sheet in the oven and preheat it to 400 degrees F.

       Butter 4 ramekins with the tablespoon of butter.

       Melt the chocolate and stick of butter in the microwave or a double boiler, then set aside to cool a bit.

      In another bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and the flour with a whisk and then beat in the chocolate mixture. Divide the batter between the four ramekins and bake for 20 minutes, by then the tops should be cracked and underneath it should be gooey.

          My mouth is watering just for thinking about them again! YUM!

That sounds so tasty! If only I could teleport over to...eh...wherever you live and try some of that....or maybe I could just make some myself! *laugh*

Actually, when I say 'shot by a needle' I mean immunizations. I needed to get my shots in order to go to Mexico. It hurt! I've actually never had shots before, but I got two Hepatitis A shots, one Tetanus, and one chicken pox shot; that one hurt the most, I think.
