~~~A Sample Part For Secret Agents Are Real~~~
Christy sat on grummy old bench and pulled out the "Teen Girl Styles" Magizene from her back pack. Her eyes were fixed on the black dress with red ruffles at the end that a very pale-skinned girl had on. She scoffed. "That girl probably never gets any sun!" The streets were crowded with people. The city was certainly very noisy that day. Christy peeked up at the world for a moment and looked at the clock Tower. It was around 3:20 and still no sign of men in suits. She gazed back at the magizene and saw a girl that was as skinny as a stick. "That girl probably never eats!" She said in a quiet tone. Her cell phone started ringing again. She sighed,frustrated. She reached in her jacket pocket and pulled it out,realizing that it was Lauren. Christy gasped and quickly put it upto her ear with a fast,"Hello?!" "Hiya,Buddy! How's the investigation going?" She smiled. "Not very well. Any luck with you?" "Nope. None at all. I've been askin' around and nobody has said a word to me!" Christy sighed. "Well,keep looking. I'll try to get back to you around 5 o'clock. Deal?" "Deal!" They both ended the call with a,"Bye!" Christy returned to reading the magizene when out of the corner of her eye was a man in a black suit,entering the alley. She gasped and swun her head to that direction. She grabbed her back pack,jumped up and took off after him.
Inspired By A True Story
~~~A Sample Part For The Non-Dream That Came True~~~

Jamie walked on the creaky old steps upto her new room-The Attic. When her head was exposed to the surface,she immediately started choking from all the dust. There were white sheets on the furniture and a large raggy curtian hanging up infront of the window. She looked around and saw old pictures of beautiful ladies in white gowns. "I don't EVEN want to know what they are doing in MY new room." Jamie said out loud. She sighed and dropped her large doffel bag. Flopping on the mattress,dust retreated to the air. She coughed a few times,then recovered,cringing at the thought of putting her head down on the old pillow. What if a cockroach jumped out and bit her head? Or maybe it would chase after her around the room. Or maybe a rat would be angry for her to put her head on his home. Either way,she didn't want to find out so she would avoid relaxation until she got HER pillow. Jamie flopped up,grabbed a magizene from her backpack and started flipping the pages. "How could Mom possibly bring us here to this..HAUNTED MANSION?" She rolled her eyes. She was deep in her murmuring when her Mother called all three children down for supper. She put her book away,got up and ran downstairs.

~~~A Sample Part For The Real Life Fairytale~~~
Tyler scratched his legs,that were covered with a warm navy blue blanket and kept on sighing,impatiently,for his GrandFather to come. "Where IS he?!" Tyler moaned. Just then,there was a creaking and Tyler shot his head to the door. But he only saw his Mother coming in with his  hot Chicken Noodle Soup. "Mom!" Cried Tyler. "I thought you were Grandpa!" His Mother did not reply,but sat his tray on his lap and sat down on the bed. "I just got a call from your Grandpa and he'll be here in a few minutes." Tyler sighed,satisfied and laid back on his pillow. "Mom,could you hand me the remote?" She nodded and did what he asked,Tyler soon skipping the channels with a serious face. His Mother stared at him,while smiling ever so slightly. "Well,I'll be cooking some meet up for the Beef Gravy Special. Remember,your Grandpa will be here soon." Tyler nodded,slightly. "Ok" The door was shut,but then opened yet again. Tyler looked over and a grin could be seen. "Grandpa! Tell me the story! Tell me the story!" His Grandfather chuckled while pulling the brown leather book from his suitcase. "Alright,Alright. Keep your shirt on." He sat down,weakly and started flipping through the pages. "So,you missed the book,Eh?" Tyler hid his grin under the covers. "Yes,sir. I did." His Grandfather chuckled once again and finally stopped at Chapter II. "Ah,yes. Here we are." He cleared his throat and began to read.
• Jun. 16, 2009 - A Miracle at My House
Posted By tess
  God is so amazing and has blessed me so much I could never thank Him enough.  A few months ago God gave me a miracle. A miracle so great that I will spend the rest of my life each day in prayer thanking Him for it.
 April 1st started out just like any other day.  My kids were having a blast playing April Fool’s Day jokes on me and each other.  They did fun things like change the cereal boxes – so that the Raison Bran was in the Honey Comb box.  In the afternoon my niece and nephew came over to play.  They all went outside.  It was a beautiful spring day. The boys decided to toss the football around.
My 8 and 6 year old boys just adore their 15 year old cousin.  And I felt confident enough to let them play outside while I was inside getting some cleaning done.
And then it happened.  The football landed on top of the patio awning. Jake, my 8 year old, decided he could climb to the top and retrieve it.  And the other kids tell me he did fine going up and reaching it, but on the way back down….
I’m sorry – but just retelling this story makes my chest constrict – and I have trouble  breathing.
On the way back down his foot got caught, and he lost his hold.  He fell backwards, his tangled foot causing him to turn upside down so that his head hit the concrete first – 6 feet below.
My daughter came running inside screaming for me.  She was talking so fast I couldn’t understand her.  When I got to Jake I was scared.  He was trying to get up and walk to me, but couldn’t.
I gathered all 6 kids into the van and rushed to the hospital.  I have no idea why I didn’t call an ambulance – I was in shock.  I couldn’t keep Jake awake while we were driving – he kept slumping over in his seat. The other kids kept talking to him – trying to keep him awake.
At the Emergency room they did a CAT scan of his head and neck – and then came to me with the bad news.  He had two skull fractures of the parietal bone with bleeding on the brain.  They prepared us to be transferred to IU Medical center 3 hours away. At the last minute they contacted a neurosurgeon at a local hospital – only 20 minutes away.
By the time I got to the second hospital Jake was not responding to his neurological checks.  They were talking to us about brain surgery and a possible neck fracture.  They transferred him to the pediatric ICU.  Some things that happened in this time are a little fuzzy to me.  All I know is that I called someone to start the pray chain, and everyone I knew was praying for my little boy.
The neuro doctor decided to wait on the brain surgery.  It was so hard to sit there looking at my precious child all hooked up to all the monitors and machines.  But I knew it would have been even harder to watch them wheel him into surgery to open his head and mess with his brain.
I sat in that chair next to his bed and prayed like I have never prayed for anything before. My poor little child, who taught himself to read at age 4, who sometimes annoys his big sister because he answers her math questions faster than she can, who asks questions like ‘do fish have eyelids?’ and ‘how does the I in soldier make a /j/ sound?’   was vomiting and losing control of his bowels and bladder, and unable to wake up.  And I prayed and prayed.
 And God heard me – and answered my prayer.  God reached down and put his hand on my precious child and healed him.  Because the next day…
Jake just woke up.  He sat up in the bed and asked if he could play video games.
It was the most amazing thing I have ever seen.  The doctors were amazed.  Everyone who was praying was amazed.  It was such a great thing – I think some people don’t believe me when I tell them how bad he was.
I know God granted me a miracle that day.  And I will spend the rest of my life thanking Him for it.
God has great things planned for my little man.  And I will do my very best to prepare him for whatever God has in mind.
There has been a lot happening in our lives.
Our newest little bundle of joy was born Feb 5th.  She is amazing.  I am so in love with her. God has truly blessed us.
Shawn graduated with his BS degree.  He received high honors and was inducted into the National Honor Society.  We are all so proud of him.
We got a new camper and have been having a blast!!  We have been camping a few times now.  The kids love it.  We even thought about starting a family camping blog.  I will let you know if we do that.
I am researching stuff – and going through things on the shelf – to plan for next school year.  Kayla will be 6th grade, Jake 4th, Jarek 1st. I'll write another entry to talk about what I am planning.
