I need to be sewing right now, but I just need to share something that has been on my heart for awhile. Marriage. I have watched 2 marriages dissolve in the past few years and I found out last night about a couple who is separating. I don't know anything about it. I would have never expected it from them. I am in no position to talk about the sanctity of marriage. My close friends know of my troubles, but I am committed to be married. I know, without a doubt, that a Christian marriage should never break up. There is no better way for Satan to hold back the Kingdom of God than by destroying families. Divorce affects everybody. The married ones, the children, the spouses of the children, the grandchildren....

It is always easier to leave and give up, but that is only short term. It is difficult to see the eternal rewards. I am just so sad over this latest couple. I'm asking you to pray for marriage- yours, mine, and theirs. Pray for the marriages that are strong and the marriages that appear to be without hope. Remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood. This is much deeper and much more serious.

This is a call to pray. I don't know exactly what or how, but prayer is our weapon.
