Love is in the......Hair?!

Posted in family

It was crazy hair day at the office for Big D, so part of my Valentine's morning was spent helping him to create this look:

I didn't think his hair looked crazy enough, so I created the little antennae for his glasses.  He didn't really care for them, and I'm pretty sure they are in the backseat of his car by now.  But at least I got the picture!

Annaleigh got up super early to make breakfast for the family (with a little help from Big D):

We got Webkinz for the kids.  I don't really know what our lives were like before we got our first Webkinz seven months or so ago.  I'm afraid they've begun to take over.

Annaleigh named her love frog Razzberry (and yes, we both know that the fruit is not spelled that way), and Harrison named his husky Blake, after Blake Lewis, a former American Idol contestant.

Make sure you visit again tomorrow.  My Flashback Friday will be going Valentine-Retro.  You don't want to miss it!

I hope he left the heart things on ....they definitely add to the overall look!

Breakfast looks great!

Hey, I just found out that my daughter and I will be at the Knoxville Homeschool convention at the end of June. Any chance you'd be attending that convention? You're from Tennesse, right?

We're not doing V-day until this evening when Brady gets home. He leaves way too early for the kids. But i used a heart cookie cutter to cut up their bologna and cheese for lunch. And we're having heart-shaped pasta for dinner tonight.

Benny will get his first Webkinz tonight and Braden is getting the trading card album and two packs of cards. He'll have to wait for Easter to get another pet unless he buys his own.

I think I must be about the only mom that really doesn't know what Webkinz are. My little guy would love the frog though - he's just crazy about them and we have to go outside and check for frogs in the wheelbarrow and garden area all the time.

Breakfast looks yummy! Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentines day! My dh would have chucked the hearts before he got to the car. LOL! You should call work and see if he wore them or not. LOL!
Blessings,
Dawn

Ahh yes, the almighty Webkinz takeover! How did we manage to live without them for so long? While we went on our trip to NY little Chloe stayed with grandma and grandpa. Well, daddy left her bag with her blankie in the back of the van. They live one hour away and THE moment we were pulling into the garage the phone rang and it was grandma yelling at me telling me that Chloes blanket was no where to be found. Chloe cried and cried b/c her blankie was on the lam. Guess what she got the next day? Yep, a little dalmation puppy Webkinz. That just adds to the chaos of more computer time. I have to confess that I do like them though. they are cute! Have a happy day, Tammy

My dh is jealous. We don't get crazy hair days at a bakery. He already has to wear a hair net when he goes in the back.

I love the hair and the antannae, what he needed was some hair paint. You know, some of that stuff in the can that washes out. A mohawk colored in hot pink or red would have been just the ticket for Valentine's Day!

Love to you all!

What a fun Valentine's Day! We love the heart antennae & hope Big D wore them all day.

Ahhh, life before Webkinz has become a distant memory here, too. Ty got his first for Christmas from his grandparents and is seriously hooked. He'd love the frog, but he'll have to wait a bit longer. We don't do real gifts for the kiddos for Valentines, just cards. Maybe in his Easter basket, though...we'll see!

Oh, and thanks for stopping by and commenting on my little cranberry-loving boy!
