Shark Card

Posted in Homeschool Days

In science today, we learned about sharks. We talked about what they eat, what kind of scales they have, and that they have cartilage instead of bones. Here are our Pop-Up Shark Cards that we made. It was a bit difficult to make the mouth pop out away from the background. Alex finally figured it out though. I had hoped they would be more creative with these, but hey... Alex did make us laugh though. In our science powerpoint presentation, there is an animated shark swimming around. It appears to be coming right at you. Alex said that the shark looked like Samantha when she is mad and coming after you. Apparently, Alex and Catherine hear the Jaws theme when Samantha is chasing them down to beat the crap out of them for aggrevating her. Dudun... dudun... dudundudun...... dudundundun...
