My Journey Toward A Trusting Heart | |
Another Day in Rainy FloridaIts raining today...has been overcast all day, but rained buckets this afternoon. The boys napped and I have been reading, trying to write a little and catch up on email.
We're winding down our time here, and I'm not ready to go home!! I love a life of leisure...swimming, reading, napping, VACATION! But reality must raise its head and we're back to it on Thursday. Oh well. Its been great...two weeks, and we're pretty convinced we'll do two weeks again someday.
I did meet my new friend on Saturday. We met for lunch at Cracker Barrel...11:30. We left at 3! We truly hit it off. Terri and Curt are delightful people and I'm just so pleased to call them friends. They live about 40 mins or so from here, so it was pretty easy for us to connect. We'll definitely keep in touch. Terri was a great encouragement to my writing, and inspired me to keep at it.
We may not make it back to Sea World...its really pouring, and unless it lets up, we're stuck. We might drive around and look at houses. We kinda get a kick out of that now and then...just to compare IL with FL. To find out what we're missing -- or not!?
The boys are brown as berries....and their hair is almost white!! That's what every day in the pool will do for ya. They look great!! So warm and fuzzy. They have had a blast...Colton makes new friends in the pool every day. He's such a people person. Mark has loved it, too, you can be sure of that.
Guess that's all for now...more if I think of somehting worth sharing! Leave a Comment { Last Page } { Page 46 of 74 } { Next Page } |
