I have some friends and family who are going through a hard time. As I was reading Romans 8:28-29, I wrote this poem which I added music to. My daughter, Elizabeth, helped me with the music. I love to sing, but I don't play any instruments. I sat at the piano for a long time pecking around to find a melody to go with the poem. music is to just pull out her guitar and start strumming and singing. She has written several very good songs this way. I know the tune could have been more creative. My girls didn't like the tune but I wanted it to be something anyone could sing and something easy to sing. It isn't about the tune anyway, it is about the words. It is my heart's desire to be conformed to His image. I don't always like the journey to that conformity. It does help me when I have struggles to remember that He is using this difficult thing in my life for my good and then I am able to thank Him for the trial. So, here is the song I wrote and after it is the link to
