Jul. 17, 2006 - send off

Well, I've gotten the newsletter emailed to the printers. I'm so relieved. I hope it turns out well, and members are pleased. I liked it, but as they say, "I'm partial." I put a section titled "Links of interest to homeschoolers" and listed HSLDA and our local website and this blogsite here: homeschoolblogger!! I wonder if anyone I know will look me up :)

Also, I've worked out a schedule for my 2nd grader and Kindergartener and what lesson they'll be working on when. I hope it is not too much for any one of us. Looks like the kids will have a break every 20 minutes or so, but not me. I still will have household duties to attend to. I really hope it all works out fine. In any case, I'm very excited and look forward to the start of school at the end of August.
