I loved the Christmas parade. My favorite part of it was my brother Matthew in the parade.

This is me, Amy.

I like Cat in the Hat, even though my mom didn't know I really really liked it. So today, I told her. I love Cat in the Hat.

The parade in Carthage looks like it was a lot of fun, Amy. We attended the Lamar parade a couple of weeks ago, and it was fun. Then, while in Kansas City with our daughter and son-in-law over Thanksgiving, we went to see the Plaza Lights and got in on the lighting of the mayor's Christmas tree at Crown Center. Everything was so beautiful! I just love Christmas! Don't you??? And, I like the cat in the hat, too! :) Merry Christmas, Amy!

About Me

I've been blogging over on wordpress for awhile. I love it. My kids are really interested in my blog; so, I decided to let them help me blog. I thought this might encourage thought about scriptures, copywork/typing skills, and writing skills; hence, my kids will be blogging with Momma. Some of the entries will be from me; some of the entries will be from my children and me. We'll just see how this all develops. We're rather eclectic in our homeschooling. We use elements of Sonlight, Charlotte Mason, a text book or two, and some unschooling. Whatever works is what we try to do.
