Frankly, I've been feeling anxious and fearful. I'm not sure of the uncertainty that I fell is normal for a pre-menopausal woman. I tell my husband that I wish I was one of those people who could take a "happy pill" but the problem is I hate taking medicines. Does anyone feel these same feelings and thoughts?
