Just came across your blog and have really enjoyed. I'm going to take a couple of your ideas in the phonics department and apply to my 6 (7 in a week) year old. He is having some problems in that area. Thanks, Sherry
Oh how I love the smell of playdoh!! Like you, we have to pull out all of the cutters every now and then. I suppose it is a necessity for anyone with preschoolers, but homeschoolers sure can get even more creative with it all. You are in my prayers, I hope you are having a great week. Hugs!
What fun. I'm stretching in this area, letting my kids make messes for the fun of it. Play dough has never been my favorite, especially when I find it stuck to the bottom of my socks before I get into bed at night! or ground into the carpet! But what's the fun in being a kid if you can't even use play dough when you want to ! Great photos
Ha! That was too funny! It does feel like a never ending chore when it comes time to put the play doh away....
I have just been very busy with some other things. I keep telling myself that I need to catch up on this blog. I enjoy writing here a ton, but I have just been busy.
We are preparing for the long fulfilling journey of homeschooling. After a lot of reading and research, we have decided to use the Classical style of learning, though we may use some other techniques as well. I am anxious to see how it goes!
