its about 10:00 pm i getting readtb to get school work together for tomorrow,and i preparing chicken and dumplins for dinner tomorrow seems like my day never ends,but im thankful for everything anyway lol someone send me some quick and easy dinner ideas that would help .i have such picky eaters though.
today preston had another game their team lost again but they had fun,they look so cute running base to base .shelbee still bugging me for a new car ,using the middle child guilt trip .times are tough no new car at this time she will be sharing mine and her sisters.i know not fair...lol it will be ok though at least i let her get her permit.

hey missed yesterday blogging,didnt do much but worked preston had tee- ball game,getting ready to get end of school year test ready for girls basically it consist of everything we covered and they can use all notes and test they have maintained in portfolios.this is why i tell them take notes stay organized .heres some things we have covered this year math-basic multiplication,division subtracting,of fractions, equations, budgeting folder in which they maintain a simulated life inwhich they have pay checks,pay bills etc.some definitions on math facts. english- parts of speech,diagraming sentences,steps on writing a term paper, types of writing ,poetry, fiction,non-fiction writings and critiquing stories,whats a biography,how to write bibliography cards.business letter,friendly letters,how to write a resume' ,reading comprehension,public presentation,how to use references and the types,all vocab. words ,etc. world history/geography /am.gov-all presidents&vice presidents,presidental procedures,branches of governmentand their roles,how a bill becomes a law, all states and capitals,am.rev.war ,ww1, ww 2 , korean war , all continents and characteristics,all countries of world, all us gov, flash card we did this year terms and definition biology-demystfied biology book up til chapters covered gen,scien- up til chapters covered physical science- up to chapters covered spanish- all rules covered all vocabulary covered. we did lots more this is just some things on end of year test. |

preparing school work for tomorrow,the girls will be creating their own blogs ,i started them with an information notebook ,but will let them transfer it over to their blogs,each day they are suppose to write about something new they learn ,or information of intrest to them.i want school to be fun for them and intresting so they want to continue their learning. im looking for other intresting ways of teaching children ,fun things, creative things,so any ideas drop me a line ,until tomorrow have a nice evening . |

im getting ready for new week of lesson plans 4-19-09 week - english- vocabulary test,get new words,creative blogging entry,read literature books for half hour. math- algebra chapter 4 review for lindsay,retake test,budgeting for shelbee and brianna quick drills for all 3 girls. worldhistory/am.government/world geography-outlook on nations economic status,how a bill becomes a law/study of world countries,and deserts,quiz on first 20 presidents,test on us government flash cards. all three girls few hours of online educational work,looking up right way to write a t erm paper, business letter writing, working on book reports, getting grades together, this is some of the things i will cover this week ,im sure i missed a few things but will add later. |

we went to river bank zoo today in columbia south carolina,it was fun ,shelbee(my youngest daughter) took lots of pics,maybe we will post some later.i help homeschool two other teen girls, they also went.i will get them to write on there blogs about there field trip.any way thats about it for today. |
