hey missed yesterday blogging,didnt do much but worked preston had tee- ball game,getting ready to get end of school year test ready for girls basically it consist of everything we covered and they can use all notes and test they have maintained in portfolios.this is why i tell them take notes stay organized .heres some things we have covered this year math-basic multiplication,division subtracting,of fractions, equations, budgeting folder in which they maintain a simulated life inwhich they have pay checks,pay bills etc.some definitions on math facts. english- parts of speech,diagraming sentences,steps on writing a term paper, types of writing ,poetry, fiction,non-fiction writings and critiquing stories,whats a biography,how to write bibliography cards.business letter,friendly letters,how to write a resume' ,reading comprehension,public presentation,how to use references and the types,all vocab. words ,etc. world history/geography /am.gov-all presidents&vice presidents,presidental procedures,branches of governmentand their roles,how a bill becomes a law, all states and capitals,am.rev.war ,ww1, ww 2 , korean war , all continents and characteristics,all countries of world, all us gov, flash card we did this year terms and definition biology-demystfied biology book up til chapters covered gen,scien- up til chapters covered physical science- up to chapters covered spanish- all rules covered all vocabulary covered. we did lots more this is just some things on end of year test. |
