Oct. 20, 2007 - Hiya!!
Wow, talk about DESERTION!!!! This isn't the longest time I've gone without an entry, but I still feel deprived. I'm such I horrible person!!! LOL, I'm weird. Life has thrown a few curveballs my way(and my friend's ways), so I haven't had time to write. What's up with all of you??? Hope you're all well. Love ya!!!!

Sep. 15, 2007 - Hello
I just spent the night at cheekymonkey's house with her and gemstone. We stayed up till 3:00 AM, but then I woke up at 7:00!!! I was able to fall asleep again, though-an hour later, but still. And I also got my hair cut today. Maybe I'll be able to post some pictures on here another time. How are you all doing???

Sep. 9, 2007 - Today...
Today I went to church, but then I went to Gunter Toody's(A 50's style restaurant)with cheekymonkey and gemstone. Cheeky's dad had called this guy Chad who's a missonary in Mexico(He's in the states for a little while)to see if he wanted to join us. So I had the best milkshake, Chad and his parents, and my two best friends all at the same time!!! It was pretty awesome!! And now my sister is at Youth Group, my brothers are doing their chores, my mom is upstairs and my dad is out, so it's pretty quiet. I love it!!! How was everyone else's Sunday???

Aug. 17, 2007 - I'm Depressed
Well my cousins left today. We went to Pizza Hut this morning and went swinging one last time. I had so much fun with them. Please pray that they'll get home safely. I miss them already.

Aug. 16, 2007 - More swinging, if you don't mind.
So Kara and I walked a mile yesterday to get to some really good swings. We tried all kinds of things on the swings. Some of the stuff was really freaky to do.
1. Let go of one hand while the swing is going backwards.
2. When the swing has gone as far as it can forward, tilt your head back so you can see the bar the swing is hanging from.
3. Stare at one spot in the sky and when the swing is as far back as it can go, stretch your arms out while still looking at the sky (what I mean by stretch out is straighten your arm, DO NOT LET GO OF THE SWING).
4. When the swing starts going backwards, lean your head forward so you're looking at you stomach, but look at what's behind you.
5. When the swing is going forward, flip your hair over your face. Then when it's at the peak of going backwards, flip it back as you start to go forwards again.
There were more but I can't think of them right now.
Anyway, we were swinging and a storm was rolling in, but there was no lightning yet. The rain felt good. Soon it started to rain harder, and we ran across to this big wood park. Since everything was wood we didn't have to worry about being struck by lightning.
We hid in a small alcove and took pictures with Kara's phone till the storm passed, then we walked home.
"Who but us, Kara," I said on the way home. "Who but us would brave a thunder storm to swing???" She had no answer.

Aug. 15, 2007 - Hot Springs
Yesterday my cousins, my grandparents, and us kids went to this place called The Hot Springs. There's two pools, one really hot and one normal, and then there's a river. People sit in the river because there is hot water coming up from the ground in some places, so it feels really good. It's a two hours drive from my house in Bubble Bubble Burg, and it was a beautiful day when we set out at 2:00 in the afternoon. When we got within ten minutes of the place, it starts pouring rain. I mean cats and dogs, lightning, thunder, it was bad. We get there and we had to wait a half hour to make sure the lightning was far enough away. We could only swim in the pools because th eriver was so overflowed and muddy!!!! But it was fun anyway. Afterwards we went and ate at this ice cream place we always go to. It's right in front of a park, so we got our food and ate there. Then my cousin Kara, my sister Katie, my cousin Ryan, and my little brother Jonathan were all swinging on the swings. Kara and I were swing the longest (probably an hour) and when we got off the swings we couldn't stand!!!!!! I almost fell over and had to hold on to my cousin Dakota. When we could walk we couldn't walk straight. It must have been funny to watch us stumbling all around the parking lot trying to get to the cars!!!! All in all it was pretty fun. Except for the fact that when we got home at 11:00 I realized I'd left my towel and bathing suit there!!!! Luckily we have a friend who lives five minutes away from the Hot Springs, and we'll call her and have her pick it up. How's everyone else doing???

Aug. 12, 2007 - I need sleep!!!!!!!
I woke up at 6:30 yesterday morning, and haven't slept since!!!! My sister's 16th birthday party was last night and we watched three movies. when the third one ended, only for of twelve teenage girls were still awake. It was 5:00 in the morning and we didn't feel like going to bed, so we talked. I went to church and ended up walking home with my grandpa and my brother Daniel. And I have an injured knee so that was just loads of fun!!! *Wink* Now it feels like someone is stabbing knives in my stomach, so I think I'll head to bed. How's everyone else doing???

Aug. 10, 2007 - My week at a glance
Well, my cousins are here from AZ and all's well!!!
I watched this amazing movie with them the other day called "The Last Sin-Eater". It's a christian film about an old welsh tradition called sin eating. Someone is chosen and then they go live off in the mountains. No one can touch them. No one can look at them.
When somebody in the villiage dies, they ring the passing bell and the sin eater comes to the funeral. Everybody turns away as he eats the bread and wine laid on the body. Then he suppodsedly takes on the sins of that person so they can rest in peace.
These people were so blind till a christian missionary came to the valley, and the young girl Cadi accepts Christ. It ends up changing the whole community.
Ok, the movie is PG-13, and I wouldn'lt reccomend it for anyone under 13, but everyone else, it's amazing.
I haven't done a whole lot this week, but Gemstone's performance is tonight!!!! She also has one tomorrow. Pray that everything goes well.
I'll hopefully write again soon!!!!

Aug. 7, 2007 - Camp
Well I just got back from camp on saturday. I went with cheekymonkey. It was amazing!!!! I totally felt God at camp. My counselor was talking one night about how she parayed one of the hardest prayers. "Break Me". Throughout the week everything was pointing to that. I mean, for me. I have a feeling that God is going to break me. I'm trying to prepare myself by reading the bible more and praying a lot. I also want to just be still. Like empty my mind of everything. Like God says, "Be still and know that I am God." Please pray for me.
My cousins also arrived on saturday from Arizona. My oldest cousin is Dakota, she's 16 but her birthday is this month, Kara, she's 14, and Ryan, he's 8 and has a broken ankle. My sister and I have been walking all over town with Dakota and Kara. It's so much fun because we always make it home right before a down pour!!!! Kara seems to be prone to getting hit by cars. Every time we go walking she almost gets run over at least 8 times!!! I'm afraid that if we go out again she may not come back. Today it rained earlier in the morning and they were at a friends house so we haven't gone walking yet.
So how's everyone elses summer going???? We don't have much of it left do we!!!!! I'm sorry I haven't been on, but I keep forgetting. Leave a comment!!!
