HI, I am posting a comment to everyone who is on my friends list.
So you were on and so I am posting a comment to you! Lol!:)
So, How have you been. I have been good. We are about to start school!
I am going into 4 grade. What grade are you going into?
I made strawberry muffins today! They are REALLY good!
Here's the resipie...........one more thing. It came from the Cooking Light magazine................................
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup vanilla fat free yogurt
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
-------------------------------------------------------------------
1/4 cup strawberry jam
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2.Lightly spoon flower into dry measuring cups, and level with knife. Combine flour and the next four ingredients (flour through salt) in a large bowl, stirring well with a wisk. Make a well in the center of flower mixture. Combine yogurt, butter, milk, and egg in a bowl, stirring well with a big spoon. Add yogurt mixture to flour mixture, stirring just intill moist.
3. Place 12 foil cup liners in muffin cups; coat liners with cooking spray. Spoon 1 tablespoon batter into each liner. Top each with 1 teaspoon of jam. Top evenly with remaining batter. Combine 1 tablesoon suger and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 for 15 min. or intill a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire wrack for 15 minutes. Remove from pan; place on wire rack.
4.Eat.
Makes 1 dozen
Well, I guess that's all for now.
Bye
