I can't believe it's been well over a month since I last posted. Where have I been and what have I been doing? Let's see...
I found one of my favorite videos...ever. And it's less than six minutes long. Amazing. This video reflects my heartcry! Oh, that the unreached would all be reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ! The body of Christ must do everything in its power to fulfill the Great Commission!
Tears of the Saints from Acts1v8 on Vimeo.
If your computer does not support HD, please press HD is ON (and it will change to HD is OFF). Here's a quote from what they wrote on Vimeo, "1% of missions financial support, goes to reaching those unreached people. 30000 people starve to death every day." This is a tragedy. Everyone who is a believer in Jesus Christ must work to change these statistics. Please, go to Gospel for Asia's site: http://www.gfa.org/. They send your money straight to the field, straight to the unreached, and straight to the neediest among mankind. We cannot recommend them enough! You can read an earlier post of mine regarding these topics here.
Mom also posted about this video: http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/servingtheKingofkings/700792/
Last week was our vacation. To read about that, you can go here: http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/servingtheKingofkings/709269/ When we are able to get the pictures onto the computer, I may post some :).
In addition, I have been writing. Here are the tentative nutshell summaries for the two novels I'm working on.
#1: Sarah Lilay appears to be just a fourteen year old southern girl caught up in the Civil War; however, she has a secret...if it fell into the wrong hands, she could lose her life. While her life is anything but dull, is this what she was meant to do? Are appearances more deceiving than she could have ever imagined?
#2: When twelve-year-old Jake traveled to the Klondike territory to pan for gold with his father, he never imagined he would be thrown into a life or death mystery. As Jake rushes to protect those he loves from evil men, will he realize that his worst enemy is not the men he fears? If he does not discover it in time, the worst doom imaginable will befall him.
I have been also been reading a lot. You can see my (updated) booklist here: http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/lifeoffaith/696767/ |
