Oct. 1, 2009 - Vacation Day 2

Monday-Day 2
Monday we went to the Air Force Academy it was really cool. It's the college where the cadets go if they wanna end up in the air force. :) You probably knew that. Anyway, some pictures:

Let me tell you a little story, Once upon a time we were at Air Force Academy, after the visitors center mom wanted to see the chapel, from what I remember we walked 32 miles there in -18 degree weather and 132 miles back in -180 degree weather. :) Okay I'm exaggerating but that's what it felt like. lol. So the chapel was really pretty but all I could think about when we got there was how cold I was!!!

Then we went to lunch and glow in the dark miniature golfing! It was a lot of fun.

There's SNOW there? *gasps* OH MY GOSH! And it was COLD?! You are so LUCKY! It's not even beginning to get even the tiniest bit chilly where I'm am! The lowest temperature it's been is like 80 degrees! -sigh- I miss cold soooooo much...

It was snowing? Cool. :D Does it snow where you live? It snows here...ugh all the time. :)
