TC, I was reading your blog when I remembered for the 3rd day in a row, I had forgotten to take my medicine. The one I'm suppose to take at the same time everyday ! Thanks for jogging my memory. I had remembered it about 11:30 am but I don't take it until 2 pm. In reality, I don't think I have taken it at 2pm since day 2.

The only reason I am on blood pressure medicine is because everytime I go to the doctor, my BP is up. I tried to tell him that it is because I am at his office, waiting 2 hours past my appointment time, only to be called back and hurried thru like cattle in a cattle shute !

And you'd think that I'd remember to take the medicine that keeps my bowels  un-irritable.After all, irritable bowels is NO fun at all.

Ok, now that I have taken it, I can get back to reading Fish In My Hair.
