Pirates of the Caribbean 3
Okay, I'm like the biggest Pirates of the Caribbean fan EVER!!!! So me, my seven year old brother, my parents, some people from Church, and some friends went to go see Pirates of the Caribbean 3 on Memorial Day. Do you want the ABSOLUTE HONEST TRUTH about what I thought about it? Okay... it was pretty bad. It was VERY complex and confusing. All thru the movie I would lean over to my friend and say, "Do we want this to happen, or this to happen?" or "What's going on?!", and she wouldn't have a clue! It was also much darker and more violent than the other two. Like it starts off with, (I promise, it doesn't give anything away!), a series of hangings, which was rather disturbing. Not to mentchen, it was almost 3 hrs. long! Me and my Mom both sorta felt like they were making the movie up as they went along.
I guess I'll give a good word of "It was entertianing." But, it wasn't NEAR as good as the first two.
If you've seen the movie and want to discuss it, give me a PRIVATE message. I don't want to give it away! : )

Well, I am definately impressed with your opinion of the movie. You are very perceptive. It is dark, and violent, of course that's why so many people love it....it's created by fallen minds, who seem to love darkness. Just keep shining in the Lord's light! Have a great day!

I really did not like this movie. Actually, I didn't like the last one. The first Pirates movie was the best to me. This one was too dark, too violent, too suggestive, too long and too much for young children (everyone for that matter).
Sorry to offend any...just my opinion :)
Love you Annie!!!

I actually liked Pirates 3. I thought the first hangings were a little unneccesary, but what else will happen in a three almost four hour movie. Everyone has their right to their own opinion!

I agree everyone is entitled to their own opinion. And I chose to make known my opinion. I would like to thank you for making known yours. ; )
