Daddy and C1 went raspberry picking last weekend and came home with tons! I was excited to be able to make jam again. I made about 20 jars of raspberry jam! Woo hoo! I used a new pectin this time which allowed me to use way less sugar or sugar alternatives, I sweetned some with honey. I also made a raspberry buckle, and froze a bunch for future use.

Every year we talk about making jam. Will you teach me how? ...or at least give me some pointers? I want to make blackberry jam.
