We made these the day after coming home from Maui. Passionfruit was my flavor of choice! A little Maui mixed with a little Washington!

C2 and I made sticky buns! I was so excited that I did a yeast bread all by myself! My friend Kathy taught me some of the basics! Thank you Kathy!

Chicken Salad

• 5 cups cooked chicken*
• 2 boxes small ring macaroni - cooked 
• 1 can pineapple tidbits - undrained
• 1 can mandarin oranges - undrained
• 2 cups green grapes- cut in half

Dressing-

• 1 cup Mayo
• 1 cup Miracle Whip
• 10 oz cool whip

*Marinate cooked chicken overnight in:

• 6 tbsp oil
• 6 tbsp vinegar
• 6 tbsp orange juice concentrate

Mix chicken, macaroni and fruit. Stir in dressing. Can add slivered almonds prior to serving. Keep chilled. Makes 17 cups of salad! Will feed a crowd!
