Brownie recipe I promised my "aunt"

Andie's Mint Brownies, public version


4oz baker's chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups Andes mints baking chips
Microwave baker's chocolate in microwave-safe bowl at MEDIUM (50 % power)1 ½ Min., stirring at 30 Sec. intervals until melted. Stir smooth.
Beat butter and sugar at MEDIUM speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended. Add melted chocolate, beating just until blended. Add flour, beating at low speed just until blended. Stir in vanilla and Andes mints. Line 9x13 pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray.
Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 Min. or until center is set. Cool completely.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while.   Do you like my new template?  The background is actually a tie dye bandanna of mine.  Sarah and I were playing with the scanner the other day, just scanning different things.  Beanie babies, swatches of cloth, balls, all kinds of stuff.  Go over to Sarah's blog and Beary's blog, to see their new stuff.

Does anyone have any loom knitting patterns they would like to share? I have found a few I like.  Baby doll  and Pom Pom
