Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating and maintaining this site. I had to admit I was a bit taken back by the sanitary napkins -- then I got a grip. In reality, they are no different than cloth diapers. God Bless you and your family!

I use the Keeper (http://thekeeper.com/), with cloth liners, I am not sure I could do just cloth though, but love this combo.
