And a wig from Pepperdine Grandma...make-up by Shelby. 
The day was concluded with Shelby's requested birthday dinner: biscuits and gravy, turkey sausage and cheese omelettes(with mushrooms and onions for the grown-ups). It was a good day!

I agree with that! That is her dress-up, don't leave the house in it, make-up. Only for very special occasions.
