We did MFW this year. I liked it, but the part of history we are ready for did not match the age level of program we used (Explorers to 1850) and so it was a bit tough for my 3rd and 5th graders. I hear the lower levels are awesome.

Yes, we adopted both of our children, and I have a lot of friends who adopted (or are in process of adopting) after having bio children. I recently heard about Loving Shepherd Ministries (http://www.loving-shepherd.com/adoption-services). They help families navigate the adoption process, which can be really helpful from the beginning with choosing where to adopt from and choosing an agency to work with. So cool that you all are being moved towards adoption!
