School on the Farm

FOR TODAY June 2, 2008 ...

Outside My Window...a sweet bunny has hopped onto our patio, causing our kitty to pace at the back door.

I am thinking...how wonderful it is that our homeschool is in summer mode.

I am thankful for...my 2nd daughter who woke up early and has already knocked off one thing from our summer to-do list.

From the kitchen...my oldest is starting breakfast for our family.

I am wearing...a floral skirt, beige blouse and sandals.

I am creating...a home notebook with all our plans (dreams) for each room of our home all in one place!

I am going...to a Dr.'s appt this afternoon that I'm a litte worried about.

I am reading...Little House in the Big Woods aloud now for my younger set of girls.

I am hoping...(PRAYING) for a good report at the Dr. today.

I am hearing....my kitty beg to be let out to 'play' with the bunny on our patio.

Around the house...my children are working together on different projects

One of my favorite things...the smell of my gardenia bushes in full bloom!

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...spring cleaning, swimming, summer school (Nature studies & cursive writing)

Here is picture thought I am sharing...

Hi there, I have enjoyed your 'Simple Woman's Daybook' post. I love the Little House books! We've read them all already, but I look forward to reading them again when my 'little ones'(ages 3 and 1) are older!

I have sent up a little prayer for your dr appointment and that you will have peace of mind. Praise for a daughter who makes breakfast for the family. Have a great week.
