Today is a rainy and cold kind of day here in northern NH, so it has inadvertently become "baking day". The kids are peeling apples, getting them ready for some yummy apple pies. We are also going to make some apple bread, oatmeal cookies, granola, and maybe some apple butter. This all depends of time of course, but like I said its a cold dreary day so the stove will keep the house nice and toasty. :0)
