We have gotten soooo close with several potential buyers and yet, I still own the house.  The house that is standing between our dream and our reality.  If the house doesn't sell, then I HAVE to work.  We cannot afford 2 mortgages on one salary.  I can technically still homeschool Hitman - but we would have to do it on the weekends and I would have to depend on my mom to keep him during the day. 

I just wish that someone would buy it and be done with it!
