Hi, I am for the first time homeschooling Paul who is a Kindergarten student/first grader. He is so self motivated and I am happy for that! I have so much support from my family, CHOICE homeschool group and HEMS support group. I am thankful for the parents I have met over the past year who helped to encourage and solidify my reason "why" I wanted to homeschool. I really am glad I can stay at home with my four children and help build their character in the LORD and teach them their basics and more. I already have to look things up for Paul who asks tons of questions.

Now I am facing a new challenge. All you bloggers out there I am open for suggestions about which curriculum to use for first grade. Let me know what you use and why or wher I can look. Thank you and God bless, Lauri Lewis
