Missing my *A* man

Matt's parents took *A* to their house for three nights for a special treat for him. I'm so thankfully he has the opportunity to spend time with his grandparents one on one, but I sure do miss him! He's my sweet, sensitive boy who loves his mommy so very much. He comes into my bed every morning to say goodmorning and give me a hug and kiss, and every evening after Matt and I tuck everyone in he'll run out to the living room to give us "extra hugs" It's just not the same when someone isn't here. And living in rural cow town, I rarely think of terrorism. But Matt's parents live near NYC and there's always a bit of fear when we/they do the tourist things. The feeling of what if today is the day the statue of liberty or empire state building gets attacked gets to me and makes me a bit grumpier to the other children. We're goin dowm on Thursday and it will be nice to have everyone back together!

I assume he is home now and you feel better. I get that way, sometimes I just crave my alone time then when they are gone I am lonley..sigh...
