Worshiping with other saints!

Last night I was able to get away by myself and attend a worship service in town. Without little ones in tow it was great to enter into worship and worship with distraction. I am blessed to be able to do that occasionally and am always refreshed when I do. There is something incredible renewing about spending time worshiping our creator. I know that it is something that I need on a regular basis. We serve an awesome God who deserves my praise and worship.

I think all us moms need time every once in a while to 'go to church' without being distracted by little ones. Not that they shouldn't be there learning and that there's not a grace for us to be mommy AND child of God but it is nice sometimes to JUST be God's little girls!

Amen to that! Glad you were able to get away and worship.

You are so right on the stepping out in faith...not easy to do! Downright uncomfortable actually!
