• Apr. 9, 2006 - Into Fabric not clay these days...

I'm sewing 19 ballet skirts for my daughter's ballet company this month, so my pottery studio has been transformed into a sewing room. I really don't like to sew, so this is a real act of the will to complete. I would much rather be muddy! Please pray that I am able to complete all of these skirts before recital without too many late nights!

• Apr. 10, 2006 - Love your Pottery!

I found your blog because my site counter says that you found mine! So, I thought I'd come and visit. I have a 15yo daughter that loves pottery (and sewing, drawing, photography, etc) and bought her own wheel this past summer. Unfortunately she's been too busy with other 4H things to build anything lately. But she loves the mud. I'd love for her to see your Bible Study sometime. One of my favorite blogs on my site is entitled "Clay in the Potters Hand" and it's all about discovering my dd's love for clay. Just finding your site is encouraging. And I hope you finish those ballet skirts soon. Nice Meeting you.
