INGREDIENTS:
- 11 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350°Combine cream cheese and confectioner's sugar in a large bowl. Beat with mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one.
NOTE: sometimes it is hard to get the 11 oz of cream cheese (sometimes you can get the real small 3 oz and then the regular 8 oz bar) If you can only find 12 oz, go ahead and use all of it.
