BASKETBALL
WELL I HAVENT BEEN ON LATELY SO HERE IS WHAT I AM UP TO .
WELL I WAS PLAYING BASKETBALL WITH MY FREIND AND HE THROUGH THE BALL TO ME AND HE THROUGH IT HARD AND I TRYED TO CATCH IT AND WELL I SPRAIND MY ARM AND NOW I AM IN A SPLENT AND A SLING SO PLEASE PRAY FOR ME IT IS VERY PAINFULL .

ouch, my sister broke my cousin finger once w/ a football, but I imagine a arm would hurt alot more.. Hope it starts feeling better :)

Ouch, I did the same sort of thing to my finger, only my brother and I were throwing the foot ball as hard as we could at eachother (might not sound smart but its fun) he threw low, and I tryed to catch it and it hit my finger tips. Jamming one really bad. It still hurts every time i move it. and that was months ago.
Hope you get better soon.
