I am really excited to tell you that one of my greatest friends ever, Katy Seawolf or aliveagain13 as some of you may know her, is visiting me right now! She is staying at our house for two whole weeks! I have not been able to post about it before she came because it was supposed to be a surprise for her and I was afraid she might read my post. Her Dad is doing a two week military-type school thing not too far from here, so her Mom decided to surprise her and let her stay with us! Her Mom brought her to the door under the ruse that they were asking for directions =) When I opened it, her mouth dropped open and she just ran forward and gave me a big hug. It was really fun. That was on Saturday. She and her family went to church with us yesterday, and then her family left her here with us (evil laugh ;-) So far we have: gone shopping (I know, already!) yesterday, and then today we made chocolate chip cookies, discovered a new breed of creepy bugs, and went swimming all afternoon. It's so much fun having her here!

And, I am sure you have already noticed by now, but I finally changed my template. I would love to know what everyone thinks, so please leave a comment!

That sounds exciting!!! How fun. I love the part about her not even knowing that she was going to your house. That must have been awesome.
