my husband worked all night and I took the kids to the dog run so he could sleep...and our puppy got attacked by another dog! I was soooo angry...and he was then terrified. We went to a quiet spot and found an older, slower dog to come over. He eventually came out with reassurance and played a bit. He seemed back to nor,al after that.
btw, how old is your potty trainee? My 2yo comes and goes...he'll use the potty without accident for a week, and then loses interest. Today I discovered he does not want to pee on the floor so I'm half tempted to let him run naked...I'm not all that worried about it, but I know he can since he has!
I put him in a pair of those training underwear with regular underwear over it and vinyl covers over that. That usually keeps the clothes clean, helps him know immediately when he has wet and is cheaper than diapers!
poor doggie! btw I love the way you turned your dog experience into school for your children I am praying that God will help me be more creative like that. I am planning a unit study right now on law and order/citizenship that will be easy to use biblical cocepts with/ also I want to do a unit study on machines and robots. also how different modes of transportation is fueled. any ideas? btw my trainee is 2 and a half but not catching on at all!
