Here is a poem I thought I might share, it also has a verse to sorta go with it.....

Looking Ahead

The folks that look glum
As they go down the street
Are the ones that you really
would rather not meet;
But others who greet you
With look and with smile-
Ah, those are the folk who
Are really worthwhile!
I mean to look pleasant
So people will stop
To ask whats the time, or
The way to a shop.
They won't ask the glum ones-
Thats sure as can be!
But I will be helpful
If they'll just ask me.
To have many friends,
I must be a friend, too;
And that is exactly
What I mean to do!
