Here is Emily's apron I finished yesterday. I had some problems with it, but was able to fix them enough to make it look ok. It was a difficult pattern, probably one of the hardest I have ever made.
Yes, I am pretty tired of the hot weather so I am looking towards Autumn. It is 100 degrees here and I just got most of the lawn mowed and my face is red as can be. UGh! Household happenings: Friday- Rachel came home from camp, she had a great time. Saturday we went passing out tracts in Cda, we met lots of tourists. This week we met people from Jordan, Russia, another man from somewhere in Europe and 2 ladies from India. Sunday was church and the nursing home, we are studying Fanny Crosby right now, so we sang one of her songs, All The Way my Savior Leads Me. I am reading in Isaiah today and I liked this verse: Isaiah 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. School : I am still working on our new chore lists and school schedule. We are all looking forward to school, I was planning to start Tues Sept 4, but I might just go ahead on Monday Aug 27. Might as well dive in !! **boo hoo I am sick . I started feeling really TIRED on Thurs and Friday and my throat is hurting and my head was pounding on Friday. We went to the North Idaho Fair Friday and Saturday and I am really sick today. Today is Pajama day. I will stay home and rest. Pray for me..
