Ouch!!
My poor babies had their vaccinations today! All four of them! We had stopped thier vaccinations at one point due to bad reactions to them. We had planned on waiting until they were a bit older to finish them. So we started today! Josiah only needed 1 of each to finish them off. All he needs now will be a booster at his 6 yr check up. The girls on the other hand got their first round today. Then they will need more in two months, then another two months after that, then 6 months after that, and then the last round 6 months after that. All that will be left are their yearly boosters!
For Uriah, we chose to only get two done today. There is still the one left that is 4 vaccinces in 1. We are still trying to decide when to do that. Jason isn't comfortable with all of that stuff being injected into our little baby when he is so little! I don't blame him. Especially after the reactions from the other children at those ages. So we will wait fora while to get those particular vaccinations.
Julia did well and just said Ouch! It was funny. Jason and I laughed and laughes. Then Josiah was next and he got them in his arms. He cried and cried. He said it hurt real bad. Poor baby!! Then Joanna...the poor thing was crying hysterically before they even stuck her!! She was acreaming when they stuck her. Poor baby!! She then cried for an hour or so after off and on. She refused to walk on her leg. I felt terrible!! Daddy just held her and loved on her!! She is definetly a dadd's girl!!

School
Well I haven't sat down and done school for a LONG time! SInce the kids got sick and I am now due with the baby things have really slacked off a lot. But I have still been teaching them. All three are able to sound out and read words. It is really exciting!! Joanna has been sounding out words and the writting down the letters as she says them. She wrote my name one day, all on her own!! It was really neat. All three have made big progress over the past few months. They are all anxious to be able to read. I have found our library to be a HUGE help. They have lots of beginning reading books for the kids.
I have set some goals for this year and we will see what happens with them! So that is about all for schooling right now!
