Jan. 21, 2009 - Praise Report on Harmony

This time I am not sending an update on Harmony, I'm sending a PRAISE REPORT!!!!  Harmony had a much better night.  She has done so much better today that they have taken her off the super oxygen(vaportherm machine) and have put her on regular oxygen (nasal cannula).  They have let me feed her 3 oz. of breast milk by bottle.  She has had 1 bad coughing spell where her stats dropped, but other than that she's tolerating very well.  If she can continue to do well she will get moved to her own room tonight, possibly!  We are still awaiting results from the whooping cough test, should be back Fri. 01-23 at the earliest.  Her day nurse has told us that she thinks if it is whooping cough we will be in the hospital until she is finished with the antibiotic they are giving her, which has 5 more days left.
I will keep you posted, just keep praying!!!!!!  Thank you all for your prayers and support!!!
One blessed momma,
Belinda

Jan. 20, 2009 - Update # 4 on Harmony

Hi,

It's 3:24 pm and I thought I'd give a quick update.  Let me first start by making a correction of some of the numbers I gave earlier.  Her oxygen was 30% and they lowered to 25%,  the level was 8 and they lowered to 6, but then had to up back to 8.  They put a feeding tube up her nose around 10 am or so and she is getting my breast milk through it.  She has slept just about all day, but her coughing is pretty bad and her heart rate is dropping when she coughs.  We are still waiting for the test results for whooping cough, not expecting them until Fri. or so.  If it isn't whooping cough more test will be done.  Please pray for wisdom and healing.

Jan. 20, 2009 - Update #3 on Harmony from Vanderbilt

Friends and family,

Wes and I finally got in bed around 11:30 p.m.  I think I was so exhausted that I was asleep before my head hit the pillow.  We are staying in a sleep room here in the hospital.  I got up at 4:30 a.m. to pump.  I went and checked on Harmony and she was sleeping.  Her nurse said she has had 3 coughing spells since 11:30 p.m.  These are the spells in which she coughs so hard that she stops breathing when she is not wearing oxygen.  While she is on the oxygen, she does not quit breathing, but her vital signs drop.  They have been able to cut her oxygen from 8 % to 6 %.  But if she continues to have the coughing spells they will have to increase it.  I asked if she has had anymore apnea spells, that is when she quits breathing when she is asleep and her nurse said that she has not had any of those since they put her on oxygen when she first arrived here yesterday.  Her last two spells were when they transported her.  She looks better, but she is still a very sick baby.  She is in isolation because they believe she has whooping cough which is an infectuous disease.
Please continue to pray for her.
Praising God for healing,
Belinda

P.S.  I got to hold her last night for about an hour and a half!!!!

Jan. 19, 2009 - Update #2 on Harmony from Belinda

Most of you already know, but Harmony is in the PCCU at Vanderbilt in Nashville.  We arrived today, from Crockett ICU where she has been since Thursday.  Harmony has been sick with colds and uch since she was about 2 wks old (over 7 wks) and I had been taking her to the doctor.  He had put her on two different antibiotics and we had been giving her breathing treatments at home.  She just couldn't get over it.  There were times that she was a little better, but never well.  The symptoms seemed to change almost weekly.  On Jan. 05 I took her to the doctor and he put her on a stronger antibiotic for 14 days.  The following week she was not better, in fact she began having spells of turning red, blue, & purple when she coughed.  On Thursday, 01-15, I noticed these spells were becoming more frequent so I called and left a msg on the nurses line at her doctor's office.  About ten minutes later, I noticed Harmony who was asleep in her bouncy sleep, making the seat really move.  When I got to her she was completely blue and was not making a sound.  My husband turned her upside down and began beating her back, I suctioned out her mouth until finally she began coughing.  We then gave her a breathing treatment and I then left a second msg on the nurses line.  Not long after this she threw up all over me and I called the doctor's office a third time, but this time I held for the receptionist I asked her if they wanted me to bring her to the office or ER, but I was taking her somewhere.  THis was close to 4 pm.  She quickly called back and told us to go to the ER and tell them to do a RSV test (he had already given her 2 and they were both neg.), a chest xray, and a whooping cough test.  The RSV test came back neg. again and the chest xray looked good.  The whooping cough test are still out.  We should get prelim. results 01-23 and the final results 01-26.  They admitted her to the ICU where we stayed until 7 this morning.  Her conditioned seemed to worsen, the spells of turning blue and not being able to breath become more frequent.  They then began with no warning, no coughing spells first, they were like the one she had had at our home on Thurs.  Between 11pm-and 3:30am Sunday night/Monday moring she had 7 spells.  The doctor came in and called Vanderbilt, they sent a special baby ambulance to get her.  She is on oxygen and is having the spells where she coughs first, then stops breathing.  Vanderbilt agrees with her doctor and thinks she has whooping cough so that is what she is being treated for.  She is very mad, because she wants to nurse and can't.  They took the CPack off her and put a vapor on so I will be able to hold her, but no nursing.  Please pray for us both and the rest of my family.  We are so blessed to have Harmony in our lives, we love her so and it hurts this momma so much to see her suffer.  Also, I began coughing while in the hospital having Harmony so the tought is I got whooping cough and gave it to her, I  am still coughing!!  I do not feel bad, but the cough sounds awful.  I am able to clear my throat and clear my airway, but my precious baby cannout.  Please pray for her healing and quick recovery, also pray that the doctors will have wisdom and be able to diagnosis and treat her correctly.
Thank you all so much!!
Believing for a miracle,
Belinda

Jan. 19, 2009 - Update #1 on Harmony

Just wanted to give everybody an update on Harmony. She has now been moved to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tenn. She has been tested for Whooping cough, but the result won't be back until the 27th. The Dr.'s will be putting her through numerous test to try and find out just what is going on with her and how they can treat her. She is also hooked up to a type of breathing machine that is helping push oxygen into her lungs. Belinda and Wes are exhausted and the children are having to stay with family. Harmony is needing a miracle from God. Please Pray

Jan. 18, 2009 - Please Pray

Hi, dixiecajuns here. I'm writing to ask all of Belinda's friends to pray for Belinda's baby, Harmony. Harmony is in the hospital and she's seriously sick. She is so full of congestion that she's actually turned blue from not being able to breath and the Dr.'s are very concerned for her. They are to the point that when she starts "hacking" they're having to suction her. Also, keep Belinda and her family in your prayers, she is worn out and the family is not able to stay together at this time. I thank you for Belinda and her family.

Dec. 24, 2008 - Happy Holidays!!!

Thought I would take a minute to write a brief entry, while I am visiting my sister-in-law.  We are all doing well.  We have been hit with colds and such, Halston had pneumonia a couple of weeks ago.  Harmony has been sick and gave us a real scare with coughing and then having trouble breathing.  God is good and we are doing better, but all the kids are still taking antibiotics.  Yesterday, we took the kids and finished up our Christmas shopping.  We had a really good day.  This morning, Harley sang on the radio and did awesome (not that I'm prejudice or anything!)  It is amazing to me how I've changed over the years about Christmas.  When Harley and Hank were our only children I spent outrageous making sure they had lots of gifts, and anything they wanted for Christmas.  But now, how blessed we feel and how it's not about stuff.  When I was pregnant with Harmony, my mom was trying to explain to me and Harley how the more children I have that it takes away from her and her brothers and sister.  Harley (12 at the time) looked at her and said, "I would rather have brothers and sisters than presents!"  How proud I was of her!  Some people just don't get it!  Children are a blessing.  Those toys will be broken or lost in a couple of weeks, but brothers and sisters last forever!!!

Nov. 22, 2008 - Harmony's Birth Story!!!

Let me start by saying, I hate not having a computer!!!  A special thank you goes out to dixiecajuns and her girls for posting entries for me.  Also I would like to thank you all for your prayers and comments.  We are all doing great and we feel so blessed to have Harmony as part of our family.  She is a wonderful baby!  She sleeps well, eats well, and is absolutely a delight!!!  It is hard to believe that she will be two weeks old tomorrow!  My how the time flies.  Since her arrival, Hatton has seemed to grow at an amazingly rapid rate.  He will be three in Dec. and loves being a big brother.  All the kids love her so much!!

Harmony's Birth Story!!!

The Wednesday before my due date, I went to the doctor.  I was dilated to 2 and 60% efaced.  I am not for induction, but because I was having such a hard time sleeping we decided that was our best option.  I went to the chiropractor twice that week and had acupuncture to help me go into labor.  I also had treatments done for the carpal tunnel I had in both my hands.  Since I had been praying not to go past my due date we decided to be induced on my due date.  On Friday, before the scheduled induction on Sunday, I began feeling a little pressure and had been losing mucus since Thursday so I went to the hospital to be checked.  I was still a 2 but was now 70% efaced.  They told us they felt like I would go into labor on my own before Sunday.  Wes and I got up Sat. morning and went yard saleing.  That evening we went to a benefit auction and Harley sang as part of the entertainment.  As long as I was on my feet I felt a little pressure, but when I sat or laid down it went away.  So on Sunday morning, Nov. 09, we took the kids to my parents and Wes and I arrived at the hospital at 7 am.  When they checked me I was dilated 2 1/2 still 70% efaced.  They went ahead and put in my I.V. (which went really well) and started the pitocin very slowly.  At 8 am they checked me and I was already dilated to 3 so the doctor broke my water.  I called my mother and told her that they might want to come on up.  So about 8:30 a.m. my mom, sister, Harley, & 14 yr old niece Tori arrived.  I was hooked up to the monitors and they showed I was having contractions, but I couldn't feel anything.  About 9:30 they checked me and I was dilated to 4 and 80% efaced. The doctor told me that he felt like she would be born around lunch.  We had a really good time in the labor room, everybody laughing and enjoying the fellowship.  I began feeling pressure after they uped the pitocin twice so we felt like it was time we prayed.  Everybody held hands around my bed as I prayed asking God for another Supernatural Delivery.  I asked Him to let me have my baby like the Hebrew women, lively!  A peace filled that room and I never felt any pain!!!!I could feel tightening in my lower stomach and I knew that these were the contractions.  I began feeling Harmony move down inside me and at 11:00 a.m. I asked to be checked again.  I was dilated to 8 and the doctor made his prediction that she would be here before noon.  Wes called his mother and told them to come on up.  At 11:30 I had this feeling, I just knew she was coming.  No pain, I just knew.  I told the nurse that I thought she'd be here in 5-10 minutes.  She ran out to get the doctor.  He checked me and I was right.  Harmony Michelle Masterson Morris entered the world at 11:45 a.m., Nov. 09, 2008, weighing 8 lbs. 11 oz., measuring 19 1/4" long.  It was such a spiritual delivery!! The doctor and nurse were the same ones that were with me with Halston.  They kept commenting on how much better their jobs would be if all women had their babies like me.  I told them about the book I read, "Supernatural Childbirth" by Jackie Mize and explained how this was a God Thing.  I could never do this without Him!  I never felt any pain, only pressure.

I praise God for giving us the desires of our heart!!  I feel blessed to be called by Him to be a mother.  I have the best job in the world!!!!

I will try to get pictures posted soon!!!

Nov. 9, 2008 - IT'S A BABY!!!!

Hey, dixiecajuns here again. Belinda called me at 9:30 a.m. just as we were walking out the door to go to church and said that she was 4 centimeters, and I didn't have time to do an entry to let ya'll know. So, I thought I'd get one done when I got home. Well, at about 11:30 she called my cell phone during worship and said that she was now 8 centimeters and was ready to deliver. Her sister Tammy called back at 11:57 and said that Belinda had the baby at 11:45, which is the exact time that our church was in a time of worship and Holy Intercession. Isn't God Awesome, Belinda was delivering her baby at the same time her church family was in A Total Presence of God The Father.
Belinda and her husband Wes have named their Blessing From God, Harmony Michelle Masterson Morris. Harmony weighed in at 8 lbs. 11 ozs and was 19 1/4 inches long and she was born with a head of black curly hair. I was able to talk to Wes and the man sounded like he could of bust with pride.
Belinda had such a pain free and fast delivery that the nurses were going to the other moms who were in labor and telling them all about Belinda's delivery.  Thank you all so much for your love and prayers that you've blessed Belinda and her family with. Now, it's time for you all to leave all of those comments to her and continue to let her know how much she is loved.

Oct. 24, 2008 - Homeschooling Three

This week we have been very productive in our homeschooling.  We are trying to get as much done as we can before our new arrival.  Harley (8th grade) and Halston (K) seem to be eager to get started everyday and work hard to finish their assignments.  It's the one in the middle, Hank, who I have to really encourage to do his work.  He is in the 4th grade and I think this has a lot to do with grade and age.  I remember when I first began homeschooling Harley in 3rd grade, it seemed like a battle to get her school completed.  It was such a struggle at times, that I considered putting her back in public school.  Now, watching her doing her lessons, without being told to do so, and doing them mostly by herself that makes me happy we toughed it out.  She is so self-sufficient now that it is hard to believe this is the child who was reading on a kindergarten level when she completed second grade in public school.  So hard to believe this is the same child who it took days to complete one math lesson just a couple of years ago.  So, I try to think about this when me and Hank seem to be struggling.  I ran across some division flash cards at Big Lots for 10 cents and even though we have A Beka flash cards I thought the change might excite him.  I can't believe how well he has done with them.  He has even surprised himself, I think.  So yesterday and today we didn't do his regular math lesson, we worked with the flash cards.  This seemed to motivate him.  I keep telling myself, on the days we struggle, this too shall pass.  And I know it will.  I'm sure I'm going to miss this.  The time when we all pile up in my bed or sit in my recliner.  When the kids just seem to have to touch me and my every growing belly!!!  I love my children, I love being with them, I love teaching them, and I can't imagine doing anything else!!!!

Oct. 17, 2008 - Counting Down the Days!!!!

I so appreciate all the prayers for me on the upcoming birth of our new baby.  I went to the doctor Monday.  All looks great!  I am dilated to 1 and 40% efaced.  That's not very much, but it is a start!  The doctor is predicting that she will be born the first week of Nov.  Her due date is Nov. 09.  I was hoping she would be about 2 weeks early like Hatton.  I am praying that she will be here when God is ready for her to be born.  He's an on time God!!  The last few days I have been watching for signs.  I have noticed little things, which lead me to believe that she will be here in the next week or so.  I will try to keep you all posted.

I have an urgent prayer request regarding Kinley McGee.  Kinley is 9 yrs old and is one of my church kids.  This summer we noticed that one of her eyes were pulling.  It appeared she had a lazy eye.  To make a long story short, in 3 months she was totally cross eyed and her eyes were bulging.  She was taken to the eye doctor and they were first told that it was a muscle behind the eye and she would need to see a surgeon.  After seeing the surgeon, she had two MRI's in two days and they discovered a tumor on her brain stem.  Initially, she was given 2-3 days to live (this was last Friday).  She was sent immediately to the UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL and she had emergency surgery Sat. morning where they put a shunt in her head to get rid of the fluid.  Her eyes did straighten up some, and her headaches let up.  We went and saw her Sunday and she felt so much better that her and Hank, my 9 yr old, did wheelchair races in the hallway.  Unfortunately, the report on Monday was that her vision was doubled and her balance was off.  She did get to come home for a few days.  On Wednesday, she went back for another MRI and saw three doctors on Thursday.  She is home for the weekend, but will begin radiation treatments on Wednesday.  She will have 30 treatments, she will be in the hospital Mon-Fri for 6 wks.  She needs your prayers!!!  We are believing for a total complete healing.  I know that Jesus can remove that tumor!!!!  Please remember her and her family in your prayers!!!!!!!!!!!(On the picture of my baby shower she is the little girl in front of me and my hubby, in the pink shirt with dark hair.)

Oct. 7, 2008 - Pretty in Pink

My hubby, Wes, says that it looks like Pepto Bismol has exploded in our bedroom!LOL!!  We are definitely ready for our new baby girl.  I can't believe she's almost here.  There is still so much I want to get done before her arrival.  My upstairs bedroom and bath are ready, but the rest of the house is far from being ready.  I probably won't be blogging much, since I don't have a computer at home, and since there is still so much to do.  I will try to keep you updated and posted on our progress.  I went to the doctor last Thursday and he said he would check me at my next visit which is Oct. 13.  Then I will go to the doctor every week.  They are having a belly painting contest, and I am thinking about entering.  If you have any ideas or suggestions I would appreciate them.  So far, I have thought about having my belly painted like the world and have someone take a picture of my hubbies' hands holding my belly from underneath and having a sign that says, "He's got the whole world in His hands!"  I have also thought about having my belly painted as the world and having little children from all over the world painted on it and say, "Jesus loves the little children, all the children of the world!"  So let me know what you think.  The prize is an awesome gift basket full of baby stuff, I'd really like to win it!  I'm all about free stuff!!!!

I am missing you all and I appreciate your prayers for me and Harmony's upcoming birth.  We are believing for a supernatural childbirth.  My water has never broken on it's own, but we are believing that it will this time.

Belinda

Sep. 13, 2008 - Ramblings from Me to You....

It's official, my computer is dead.  I will not bore you with all the details, but as for now it looks like I no longer have a computer.  I am however keeping my e-mail address and blog.  I am fortunate to have a mother in law and sister in law who will let me use their computers from time to time.  I don't know how often I will be able to blog and check e-mails, but I'm going to aim for at least once a week.

As you can see, the lil baby at the top of my blog is growing as well as my belly.  I have only gained 16 1/2 pounds, but my belly measures 3 weeks to big.  I love people's reactions when they find out that I still have 2 months to go.  It is so funny!

Tomorrow, my sister (Tammyspace) and my dear friend (dixiecajuns) are hosting me a baby shower.  How awesome is that?  Who would have thought that someone would have me a baby shower for Baby #5?  I have had a shower for all of my children.  Isn't God good?  He is our provider.  It amazes me how many people have given me baby girl clothes, an infant car seat, and other necessities.  And the wild thing is that most of these people are people I kinda know, like a friend of my brother, like a lady whose son plays football with my 5 yr old, and a lady I met at mutual friend's daughter's birthday party.  I am very fortunate.  Since, Harley is 13 I had very little girl clothes left, but God has taken care of that.  I'm excited to see what all we get tomorrow, but mostly I'm looking forward to the fellowship.  I love being with my friends and family.  I have a surprise for them...  I had between 6 and 8 inches of my hair cut Friday.  It is chin length!  THey are going to be shocked.  I haven't had short hair in 6 years.  I like it, but it is still very new to me.

I'll try to stop by for an entry next week!!

Aug. 16, 2008 - Computer Troubles!!!!!

Sorry, to say but I am still experiencing computer troubles.  Oh, how I miss homeschoolblogger and all of my friends.  I hope that it will be fixed soon.  Below is a brief update on us:

Harley turned 13 on Aug. 14th!!  I kept saying to her that it seemed just like yesterday when I was pregnant and her reply was, "Because you are!"  We laughed!!!!  I realized that when Harmony turns 13 I will be 50!!!  Ouch!!!

Harley won "Regency Sq. Jr. Idol" and gets 4 hrs studio time at Fame Recording Studio and 25 demo cds.

Hank and Halston are playing football!  Harley is cheerleading!

Hatton is almost potty trained.

We had Kids' Krusade at our church this past week.  Attendance was down, but we had 2 that gave their hearts to the Lord!!!  I wise woman told me that God had the ones there that He wanted to be there.  So that helped me from being discouraged about the number.  Our offering was way up, like $200 more than last year!!  This goes to help fund our Children's Church.  We are planning on investing in our puppets and puppet room!!!

I am getting to the stage in my pregnancy where people ask when the baby is due and when I reply Nov. their mouths drop open!!  I am huge, but I love every bit of it!!!! The baby is very active.

My husband is doing fine.  He helped out with Kids' Krusade.  He did a wonderful job making a time machine.  He also played the part of Gideon.  I am so blessed to have him.

My family is ready for me to get off the computer so we can go home.  We are at my mil's now.

I hope my computer will be up and running soon!   I miss you all.

Be in prayer for us, Monday will be our first official school day.  This year I will have an 8th grader, 4th grader, Kindergartner, and 2 1/2 yr old.  Fun, fun, fun!!!

Miss you all!

Belinda

Sorry it has been so long since a post.  I am having withdrawals!!  About two weeks ago, my A/C adapter died and I have not been able to get on my labtop.  I am visiting my mil today and couldn't resist the temptation to write an entry.  I am hoping that I will get my new adapter this week.  They said it would be 6 or 7 business days and that was a week ago Thursday.  I will write an updated post about all of our happenings when I have my computer up and running.

I miss you all!!!

Jun. 18, 2008 - Ramblings from Me....

This morning we awoke around 8:30 and believe it or not I dropped off my three oldest children at VBS by 9:10.  We barely made it to the church, we were riding on fumes, but I knew there was a gas station directly across from the church.  Me and my littlest pumped the gas.  I don't know why, I've never done this before, but while I was pumping I prayed "God it would be so nice if you would lay it on someone's heart to pay for my gas."  I had the money, it's just that gas costs so much these days.  My two yr old and I went in and I wrote a check for the gas.  A man paying for his gas next to me began talking to Hatton about his boots.  I finished writing the check and we were about to leave when Hatton picked up some M and M's.  I told him to put them back, (I didn't have any cash and didn't want to write a check for M and M's), but the man said "No, I'm going to buy that little guy some M and M's."  Hatton was thrilled.  I know it sounds crazy, but I really think it was God!!!!  I know I prayed for someone to pay for my $25 worth of gas, and even though God didn't do that He did send someone to buy my little one M and M's.  I wanted him to have them, but like I said I didn't have the cash, God knows!!!  He provides!!!  Maybe not in the way we would want or plan, but His ways are better than ours.  Hatton enjoyed the M and M's much better than he would have the man paying for our gas.  And the smile on his little face, and him saying, "Me share" all the way home made it even more special!!!

Hatton and I came home and began washing dishes and doing laundry.  He was so glad he got to help me.  I hope this is a trait he doesn't grow out of.  I dug out some books that had belonged to my older children about having a new baby.  I read him two books about having a baby and one book about Bob the Builder (you gotta read at least one about Bob) it was a special alone time me and little Hatton don't get too much of.  Hatton is a sweetie, but he was one problem.  He calls me "B B".  I try to correct him and I try to ignore him until he says "Momma", but I think he's doing it now because of the attention he gets.  You gotta love those mean little boys!!!

The baby is kicking lots now.  I have a doctor's appointment next week and we get another ultrasound.  I love being pregnant and I praise God that all the sickness is gone.  I have lots to do before she gets here.  I have been trying to do better on my housework.  We finished our school year, but learning should never stop!  I am trying to potty train Hatton, but have not been very consistent.  He does go to the potty some, but I need to do better in that area.

Before I end this entry I want to include at least one thing about my husband.  What can I say about him that I haven't already said.  He's a great daddy and good provider, he's also a good "boyfriend".  He loves going on dates with me and he likes to take me to places we don't normally go with our children like Red Lobster.  He is very affectionate and caring.  My mother and sister laugh and say that he can't keep his hands off of me.  But I love that.  I love knowing that he loves me, that he still wants to be with me.  I hope that never ends!!!

Jun. 17, 2008 - More about Wes

This morning I am going to tell you a little more about my wonderful husband Wes.  Wes works night shift and has only had 13 days off this entire year!!!  He is a hard worker and provider for his family.  This is an area in which God has really helped him.  When Wes and I first married, I worked at a financial company.  He worked for his father.  They owned a plumbing company and did construction work.  We both had very good jobs and made good money for two single people.  Wes didn't have any health insurance because he was considered self employed.  It was never questioned, I continued working after we were married because we both had brought debt into our marriage and because I provided the insurance.  When Harley was about 2 yrs old I gave my heart to Jesus.  Praise God that changes a person!!!  No longer was I content working.  Due to circumstances beyond our control, Wes's parents got a divorce, Wes stopped working with his father.  He went to work at a factory that made mobile homes.  His income was less than he had made with his father, but the situation was much better.  After a year or two of working there, I gave birth to Hank on a Monday and on Wednesday Wes got laid off from his job.  I have to say that even though things were tough financially God provided for our every need.  Leaving two children for me to work was a struggle.  Even though our children were never in daycare (they stayed with family) I felt as if someone else was raising my kids.  I prayed continuously that God would allow me to stay home and be a full time mom.  Harley was attending public school and cried daily.  It was an awful experience for her.  Wes was back doing plumbing again, but this time on his own.  The money was pretty good, but I carried the insurance.  I felt as if God was telling me to walk out on faith and quit my job, but Wes was very hesitant.  He thought we couldn't do without the insurance and the second income.  He was not one of these husbands who wanted their wives at home, he liked me working. One Saturday morning, Wes went golfing with my sister's husband and I woke up with the feeling that my milk was coming down.  It was odd, because I hadn't nursed Hank for about a year!  I then realized that I must be pregnant.  I did a test and it was positive!  We were in shock, this was a surprise.  I felt like it was the sign I had been praying for.  A sign from God if it was Him telling me to quit my job.  Wes wasn't sure about this, but he agreed that I wouldn't go back to work after the baby was born.  I felt that God would provide for our every need, financially and insurance wise.  To make a long blog shorter, about 2 months after I quit my job Wes went to work at the plant my dad worked at.  Wes wasn't even looking for a job, but God placed it for him.  The pay is about what we were making as a two family income and he now carries our health insurance. Isn't God good?  Yes, he is!!!  If we walk out on faith, He will provide!!!  Wes works long hours to make sure I can stay home and homeschool his children.  It is amazing how God changed Wes's heart.  After Baby #4, Wes kept telling me he was going to be "fixed" and we weren't going to have anymore children.  I didn't feel that in my heart.  I kept praying for God's will.  It was almost sudden, but last June or so Wes came to me and said, "Okay, we'll have as many children as God wants us to have!!"  When I found out that I was going to have Baby #5, Wes was so excited.  He is thrilled to be having a baby girl.  He went out and bought her a camo and pink outfit.  You would think that this was his first one!LOL!!  God has changed Wes's heart so much and I am so thankful that he has sacrificed for our family.  I love him more than words can say!  I love him more than he'll ever know!!!!  I do believe that God created us for one another!!
