What To Do? A Prayer Request

This post is to ask you all to be in prayer. This week, I received the largest cash gift I've received in the eight years I've been homeschooling as a single mother. The question, as crazy as it sounds, is what do I do with it? There are a million and one things I could do with it. Maybe even should do with it. But what is the best thing? I'm so overwhelmed by the gift itself that I want to do the absolute best I can with it. The two largest burdens I feel at this point - that are not really financial - are to have a home with some privacy (where the neighbors don't let their dogs potty on the grass under my dinning room window) and a business that will help to train up my son. It is so clearly time to start moving in that direction. While it is not enough to do either of these things, I wonder if it might not be enough to start us in this direction. So, pray for the Lord to give me a clear direction, please. That there is no question, no waivering, no denying the Lord's purpose in blessing us with this gift. Blessings, MaggieRaye |
