What Next?

I'm just wondering "What next?" Not that it really needs an answer, but I've been pondering questions like, what is "work"? How does God define it, as compared, say to the local welfare office? Or the average Christain? I think (okay, I know but am in denial) that God is calling me to take a stand on what "work" is to moms. Not just single moms, but all moms. Can't serve two masters, right? Shouldn't worry about money? But then the proverbial verse about those who don't work, not eating is alway, and I do mean ALWAYS brought up when I have this conversation. The fact of the matter is I've gotten comfortable. Very comfortable. Remember the children of Israel, harassing Moses about why they were wondering in the desert eating manna, when they'd had all those lovely leeks and cucumbers in Egypt. Well, I'm still in Egypt eating leeks and cucumbers saying, Lord, you don't really mean you want me to give this up...what are people going to say? Yup, that is where I am this morning, what about you? And I'm wondering, "what next?" Lord, because I know that there is something coming, and there is soon to be no more sitting on the fence over these things. I'm just going to have to toughen up and take a stand.
