Hi! I am a homeschool girl living out in the great northwest! I have an amazing, supportive family and we love the outdoors. I adore horses, and have three beautiful horses that I ride, train, and compete with. 4-H is a ongoing project for my family. I am taking horse, sewing, and archery this year.
I live for seeking Jesus and going to church. I go to the Church of God, and it is the most amazing church! My youth group is incredibley supportive. The Church is like a happy family. Everyone is happy together and enjoys praising God twice a week.
I have a growing relationship with Jesus, and will include the good I get out of my devotions when I blog. For now, here is one of my favorite scriptures: Romans 12:12 "Rejoycing in Hope, patient in tribulation, continuing instant in prayer." That is what I try to do.
I love school and love learning new things. I especially enjoy history, biology, geometry, and writing, and my least favorite is economics. But it is most important to learn about it!
If someone were to ask me my hobbies, I would answer: "Horses, family, and music." Music is my favorite past time! I love listening to country/bluegrass, some Christian, and Church music. I especially enjoy uplifting and encouraging lyrics. I play the piano, and have been for around 7 years. I love figuring out songs by ear, and my favorite tunes are fast and loud. But I usually play music according to my mood.
I also play the violin and am learning the mandolin.
My goals in life are simple: Be a supportive wife and mother following Christ.
I would also enjoy owning a nice ranch with lots of animals, especially horses, if God wills it.
But my main concern now is not finding a husband, it is following Jesus and finishing school. I have a extraordinary wish that some may find strange, or out-of-the-question. But I think it is important, and I can do all things through Christ who strengtheneth me! (Phil. 4:13)
I want to free slaves. Yes, slaves. There are millions of slaves, still today, you know. Around 27 million world wide. Scary, huh? These are mostly helpless children that are unfortunately traffiked. My heart feels the cry of the slaves of man and sin around the world. I would love to go to Africa and someday help these people. They're not only in Africa, but in the Phillipians, even in North America. These slaves need to be free from bondage and free from sin! And someone should tell them about Jesus! It is a high calling, I know. I know one girl cannot do it. It is simply a wish. Only God can make it possible.
Well, that about sums it up for the intro of me! I am excited about my dog, Tala, who is a black lab, because she will be having puppies any day now! I can't wait! I want to keep them all, but I don't know what Daddy will think about that!

Have a wonderful day!
