Kids can enjoy a back-yard play ground complete with a trampoline, swings, tree houses, forts, rope swings, tire swings, and rope bridges

Horseback ride dozens of trails or enjoy the arena where you can pole bend, barrel race, or get riding lessons from yours truly, miss Maiden!

Watch wildlife, such as moose, deer, elk, turkeys, and skunks.

End your action-packed day with a marshmallow roasting bonfire, sitting on big rocks listening to the crickets chirp and the creek roar. And then relax in the spa while watching the twinkling stars.

WINTER

Winter in North Idaho lasts from November to April, but you can still come visit us. We will entertain you with sledding, ice skating, ice fishing, snowman making, snowball fights, hot cocoa, steaming homemade apple cider freshly pressed that fall, a cheery fire, and warm quilts to snuggle under. Idaho is just as fun in the winter!

Of course this is just for fun, but we did send it to friends around the country for laughs. Every summer, our family feels like Little Blacktail Ranch is a retreat though, because we have company all year around! We live in the camper while our guests stay in the house - but it is sooo much fun. We do pretty much everything on the souvenir too.  

The 'large suite' is my parents bedroom, which is the whole entire upstairs of our house! Upstairs is also a nice library packed with books. We do have raw cows milk, which we make the homemade ice cream out of! The 'bluegrasser' band is our family when we do what we call "jammin' ". We love bluegrass, and our last name is grasser, so we combine them to get bluegrasser.  We have tons of trails, views, and fields around to ride in and enjoy. Plus the kids playground is real too - but it isn't all in our backyard - it's everywhere. Krieger Creek Pond is our nice sized pond we play in and on all year long. My favorite part is the 'end your action packed day' part. Roasting marshmallows in the fire pit enjoying the stars and crickets and roar of the creek - I love our place! It'd be really fun to get emails concerning this - just for fun. ;)
