I absolutely love cooking and baking and am currently creating my very own cookbook for me to take with me if I ever leave home. Here is a delicious smoothie made from milk, sugar, and peaches. I love peaches! Fruit smoothies are my favorite. ;)
Peachy Smoothie
Ingredients: Milk, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and 1 cup of peaches.
Directions: Pour the milk into an ice tray and freeze. When froze, dump all milk cubes into a blender, adding one cup of canned or fresh peaches, and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Blend until smooth and serve right away. Enjoy! Serves 1 - 2 |
